Credit Cards

Customers may purchase Ctek products using credit cards on Ctek's e-commerce site at www.ctekdirect.com. Other than that Ctek does not routinely accept credit card  payments. In certain specific situations where no other payment method is practical Ctek may, at its discretion authorize payment by credit card. In those cases the customer must complete and return the form found at the link below. These manually entered credit card transactions will be assessed a processing fee at the rate of 5% of the total order including shipping and handling.
