Ctek I/O Modules
Analog and Digital I/O

Monitor and react - beyond a doubt sensors and control logic are the essence of Machine-To-Machine communications. Ctek meets this need with a series of I/O controllers that are fully integrated with the SkyRouter and NetServer application platforms, and scaled for real world endpoint requirements. Other wireless router/ gateway vendors may offer a limited amount of I/O but Ctek is the only manufacturer to offer a virtually unlimited I/O capability with an integrated application that provides full PLC capabilities and modern programming capabilities well beyond what must now be considered legacy, namely ladder logic.
Ctek's Integrated I/O Controllers provide the flexibility required to serve a wide range of analog and digital input requirements, and industrial rated output control to manage everything from indicator lamps to motor start/stop operations, all under the precise control of the SkyRouter cellular application platform. The I/O modules are a key component of Ctek's Automation Framework which includes the I/O modules, a wireless automation controller, and importantly the powerful automation control application. Ctek's automation application installs on the SkyRouter or NetServer platform and provides the logic and input conversion capabilities of a conventional PLC combined with easy to understand application building tools.
I/O configuration choices include a 16 pin output module, a 4 circuit relay module, and a 16 pin multimode module with 8 programmable inputs and 8 outputs. Each I/O module is available with either a USB or RS485 communications interface. Each module selection is available in three packaging options, enclosure, DIN mount, or bare board. The enclosure packaging is ideal for externally mounted I/O while the DIN mounting is used in the Ctek's W series packaging and is generally useful in many industrial installations. Bare boards offer the maximum flexibility to the end user designing their own packaging system. Whatever your I/O packaging needs are we have you covered.

4-Port Relay Module
Ctek Relay Module

For output applications controlling higher current loads Ctek's model Z1204 has 4 independent SPDT electro-mechanical relay circuits, each under independent software control. Each relay is capable of handling up to 5 amps at either 30VDC or 250VAC. Switching speed on a relay circuit is 100msec or less.  This module is ideal for managing mid range lighting, motor control, and digital signage circuits or as an intermediate step in controlling high power industrial circuits.

RS485 Isolated Master
RS485 Master

The RS485 Master module converts a host side USB connection to an RS485 network. The module provides 2500 volts RMS galvanic isolation between the USB side and the RS485 network to provide a high degree of protection for equipment on the USB side of the interface. The isolated RS485 network is capable of communicating with up to 32 nodes at bit rates up to 500 kbps. The RS485 Master is an excellent solution for creating an isolated network or fanning out an existing installation.

16-Port Multi-mode I/O Module
Ctek Multi-mode I/O

The Multi-mode I/O module provides 8 open digital outputs that can be configured as standard open collector digital outputs or as a Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) output. The 8 input pins can be configured under software control to function as analog inputs, digital inputs or pulse inputs. The analog inputs have 12 bit analog to digital conversion applied to a range of 0 - 5 volts. Pulse inputs can count pulses of 3 milliseconds or greater and maintain an onboard count until read.
