Ctek products are available online at www.ctekdirect.com. For volume or recurring purchases within the United States and Canada using a company purchase order Net 30 terms can be arranged by downloading and completing the following three (3) forms:

Under special circumstances and with prior agreement a manual credit card purchase may be completed by downloading the Credit Card Purchase form, completing it and returning it by FAX to +1.775.562.2610. Users of this form are limited to MasterCard and Visa purchases. These manual credit card purchases will include a 3% surcharge to cover processing costs. In most cases the best option for low volume or one-time purchases is www.ctekdirect.com.
For purchase orders shipping to countries other than the US and Canada payment terms are prepaid, either by credit card, or a wire transfer or company check denominated in US dollars.
Samples and Evaluation Units
Due to the volume of requests we get Ctek does not offer no-cost evaluation units. However, you can return your product any time within the first 30 days.
Shipping
Online customers can select shipping methods and speed. For PO customers Ctek’s standard method of shipping is UPS Ground. If you require an expedited shipment or shipment by another carrier we can accommodate that so long as you explicitly authorized the alternative method on the purchase order or credit card purchase form.
