Payment
Ctek accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit card purchases. We do not accept American Express. To complete a credit card transaction please download the credit card form from the button on this page and return the completed forms to the FAX number provided. All credit card orders will include a 3% surcharge to cover processing costs.
We also accept payment by company check or wire-transfer. Unless you have previously established credit terms with Ctek your order will ship when the payment clears. To establish a Net 30 line of credit please download the credit application forms from the Customer Forms page and return the completed forms to the FAX number provided.
Samples and Evaluation Units
Due to the volume of requests we get Ctek does not offer no-cost evaluation units. However, you can return your product any time within the first 30 days.
Shipping
Ctek’s standard method of shipping is UPS Ground. If you require an expedited shipment or shipment by another carrier we can accommodate that so long as you explicitly authorized the alternative method on the purchase order or credit card purchase form.
