RMA

RMA Process
To request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number Ctek requires the customer to complete and submit the RMA form. For the vast majority of web browsers that support Adobe Acrobat documents the form can be completed online. When the completed form is submitted it invokes your desktop email client and creates a pre-addressed email with a very small XML attachment. All you have to do is push the send button. When Ctek receives the email it is converted back into a PDF document, assigned an RMA number, and returned to the sending address. The returned PDF should be printed and enclosed in the return material shipping container.

If your browser does not support the required format you can download the form and complete it manually. After the form is completed it can be faxed to Ctek. When the RMA form is received at Ctek an RMA number will be assigned and the form with its assigned RMA number will be returned to the originator via email. To complete the process print the form and place it inside the shipping container used to return the product.
